Billing & Payments
How Nazam LLC invoices clients, and how to check that a payment request really came from us.
If you have received an invoice from Nazam LLC and want to confirm it is genuine, you are in the right place. This page is here so you never have to take an email at face value — you can type nazamllc.com into your browser yourself and check what you received against what is written here.
01 How We Invoice
Every paid engagement starts with a written scope of work that states the price, the payment schedule, and what is included, before any money changes hands. Nothing is ever charged that is not in a document you have already read and agreed to.
Invoices are issued by Nazam LLC through Stripe, the payment processor. You can pay by card or bank transfer from the invoice itself. You do not need a Stripe account, and you do not need to create one.
Prices are quoted per project rather than from a fixed price list, because the work differs for every client. Whatever figure appears on your invoice will match the figure in the scope of work you signed.
02 What a Genuine Invoice Looks Like
A real invoice from us has all of the following. If even one is missing or different, stop and contact us before paying.
- It arrives from admin@nazamllc.com. That is the only address we invoice from.
- It carries an invoice number in the format NZ-YYYY-NNN, for example NZ-2026-001.
- It is issued to Nazam LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
- The amount matches the scope of work you signed.
- When you pay by card, your statement will read NAZAM LLC.
The payment page itself is hosted by Stripe, so its web address will begin with invoice.stripe.com. That is normal and expected — Stripe hosts payment pages for millions of businesses. What matters is that the invoice carries our name, our address, and our invoice number.
03 What We Will Never Ask For
These are the things a scammer impersonating us would ask for. We never will, under any circumstances:
- Your card number, CVV, or expiry date — by email, phone, text, or chat.
- Your online banking login, password, or one-time security code.
- Payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer to a personal account, or a peer-to-peer app.
- An urgent payment "today" to avoid losing your project or your website.
- Your website or hosting password. For Shopify work we use collaborator access, which you grant from your own admin and can revoke at any time.
If a bank account number for Nazam LLC ever changes, we will not tell you by email alone. Treat any emailed request to send money to a new account as fraudulent until you have spoken to us directly.
04 How to Verify an Invoice
If anything feels off, take a minute and check. We would far rather answer a question than see a client lose money.
- Check the sender address character by character. Lookalike domains — an extra letter, a swapped letter, .net instead of .com — are the most common trick.
- Compare the amount and the invoice number against your signed scope of work.
- Do not click a link you are unsure about. Type nazamllc.com into your browser yourself and come back to this page.
- Email admin@nazamllc.com and ask. Start a new email rather than replying to the suspicious one.
05 Payment Schedule
Our standard arrangement for project work is two equal payments: half before the work begins, half when it is delivered and you have approved it. Your scope of work states the exact split and the exact amounts.
For work delivered in phases, each phase is invoiced separately on the same half-and-half basis. You are never asked to pay for a later phase before the current one is finished, and later phases are optional.
Final payment is due within 7 days of delivery unless your scope of work says otherwise.
06 Refunds & Disputes
If you cancel before we begin design or build work, the first payment is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, we keep the amount covering work already done and you receive the files produced to that point. Your scope of work sets this out in full.
If you believe you have been charged in error, email us first. We will look into it and correct it directly, which is faster for you than a bank dispute.
